Philippine Eatsperience Grand Launch in Manila April 3, 2024

The Department of Tourism puts Filipino gastronomy front and center at the Philippine Eatsperience grand launch last April 3, 2024 in Noli Me Tangere Garden, Rizal Park Luneta, and Baluarte Plano Luneta De Santa Isabel, Sta. Lucia St. Intramuros, Manila.

The event featured Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, along with officials and members of the diplomatic corps, gathered for a traditional pot breaking and boodle fight in celebration of Filipino Food Month.

Philippine Eatsperience, as a platform, aims to develop a deeper appreciation for Filipino culture, feature premier destinations, raise awareness of Filipino cuisine and celebrations, and provide a platform for Filipino food entrepreneurs to showcase their products.

“The Department of Tourism is fully committed to the task of preserving and elevating our culinary assets both in the domestic, and the international tourism markets,” Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco said in a speech.

“I invite all of you to celebrate the Filipino culinary spirit, celebrate our past, enjoy our present and look towards a bright future as we put Filipino flavors on the spotlight of Philippine tourism as we showcase to the world the multitude of reasons to Love The Philippines!” she continued.
